The National Social Protection Council (NSPC) is Cambodia’s governmental body in charge of coordinating and overseeing the development of Cambodia’s social protection strategies and policies to ensure the well-being of Cambodian citizens via different social assistance programs.
Mekong Quay needed a strong and cohesive brand identity that would resonate with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and urban dwellers seeking a premium lifestyle. The brand required a distinctive presence in a competitive real estate market, ensuring immediate recognition and long-term impact.
To craft a reflective and creative identity for the NSPC event, we proposed a design concept inspired by Kbach Khmer, Cambodia’s traditional ornamental art, which integrates the elements from NSPC’s logo and symbols to resonate the national identity, cultural elegance, yet present the modern professionalism.

This creative direction not only highlights NSPC’s role in preserving national identity but also demonstrate the commitment to shape the future of social protection. By blending heritage elements with modern design, we aimed to introduce Kbach Khmer to the younger generation, bridging cultural tradition with contemporary aesthetics and making it a focal point of high-profile national events.
